Horse Heaven Hills Wine

Horse Heaven Hills (AVA) is a wine region of America in Washington. The more than 570,000 hectares for the cultivation of grapes are affected by strong winds coming from the west.

This area is recognized as one of the largest in Washington that are aimed at the wine. Some of the most important wines of Horse Heaven Hills Cabernet Sauvignon produced using the same that was recognized with 100 rating points by Robert Parker 's The Wine Advocate, rated only 15 wines obtained by the United States.

Among the grapes grown in this AVA are Barbera, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chenin Blanc, Grenache, Malbec, Merlot, Mourvedre, Petit Verdot, and Riesling. A large percentage of its wines are characterized by sparkling and sweet.
